Flute stripped, polished, all dents removed. Remove all pads, corks and felts. Re-fit all keywork, dismantle every key. Precision level all tone holes. Test instrument for straightness and straighten if required. Fit both head and foot tenons. Polish keywork. Ultrasonically clean head, body and foot tenons and all keys, removing any traces of polishing compound. Rebuild keywork ensuring no lateral movement in the keys. Expertly repad instrument using premium deluxe yellow skin pads. Each pad individually shimmed to fit its tone hole. Keywork re-corked and re-felted, balanced and regulated. Keywork oiled and re-assembled. New head joint cork fitted. Instrument played and tested over two days. Instrument case valeted.

Replating can be carried out if requested (charged additionally).
